The House Cafe sits among the rice fields in the Mae Hi area just outside central Pai. Its garden setting has tortoises, butterflies, plenty of plants and a pond, and there is seating both on a patio and indoors. Rooms are also available as a homestay.
The menu covers breakfast, salads and health-conscious dishes, with eggs and avocado, fresh salads, passion fruit smoothies and coffee among the popular orders. Prices are budget friendly.
It opens every day from 09:00 to 17:00, making it a natural breakfast or lunch stop just outside the busy town centre.
