Kati Culinary

Kati Culinary is a small, intimate Thai restaurant in Klong Prao, on the west coast of Koh Chang, opposite the entrance to Centara Tropicana. It serves lunch and dinner from a short menu that mixes familiar Thai dishes with less common choices, and the kitchen makes its own curry pastes.

Dishes are freshly cooked with carefully judged seasoning, and the duck red curry is a frequently praised plate. The room is compact and fills up quickly, so booking ahead is wise in high season.

The restaurant also runs a Thai cooking school on site, so visitors can learn to make curry pastes and classic dishes before sitting down to eat what they have cooked.
