The Gallery Restaurant

The Gallery is a family-run Thai restaurant on the hillside above Sairee on Koh Tao, serving refined Thai cuisine in a dining room that doubles as an art gallery. Tables look out over the sea and catch the sunset, and the grounds include a bonsai garden and a chilled wine room.

The menu covers seafood, white and red meats and vegetarian dishes, with plates such as slow-cooked duck curry. The signature Trust the Chef tasting menu runs to around ten courses, and the staff explain the story behind each dish as it arrives.

Dinner is served from 17:00 to 22:00 every day except Tuesday. Seating is limited, so booking ahead is strongly advised, especially for the tasting menu.
