Khaotha Coffee

Khaotha Coffee, also known as Roastered Pai, is a coffee roaster and cafe on Moo 8 in Wiang Tai, close to the public park in central Pai. It roasts its own beans and offers light, medium and dark roasts, made on a La Marzocco espresso machine, with bags of beans for sale.

The interior mixes a garage look with teak wood, stained glass, antiques, camping and fishing gear and bird cages, with indoor and outdoor seating. Two pet turtles live on site. Espresso drinks and iced lattes are the usual orders, and the cheesecake is a popular side.

It gets busy, so seats can be hard to find at peak times.
