Khao Soi Pa Boon

Khao Soi Pa Boon is a long-running khao soi shop in Lampang, down a soi opposite Wat Chedi Sao, a little outside the town centre. The curry paste is dark and rich, and the bowls come generously loaded; a beef khao soi costs around 40 baht.

It holds a Users' Choice 2025 award, and many local customers buy bowls to take home, so the takeaway queue is often longer than the line for tables.

The shop opens every day from 09:00 to 15:00, so it is a breakfast or lunch stop.
