The Factory Cafe

The Factory Cafe is an industrial-style cafe on the main road through Sairee on Koh Tao. The cool, spacious interior offers a break from the heat, and the space also hosts workshops and doubles as a co-working spot for remote workers.

An all-day brunch menu leans towards health-focused dishes, with many plant-based and gluten-free options. Plates include avocado toast with poached eggs on wholegrain sourdough, acai and smoothie bowls, vegan burgers and burritos and fresh salads, alongside coffee and a short list of light white wines.

The cafe opens in the morning and closes around 17:00. Prices are moderate, and the central Sairee location makes it easy to reach on foot from the beach.
