DKaYa Hostel

DKaYa Hostel is a small hostel on Petchkasem Road in Khuk Khak, Khao Lak, a few steps from the Tsunami Memorial Museum and about 100 metres from the Bang Niang afternoon market. The beaches of Bang Niang are a short ride away.

Rooms have air conditioning and lockers, some with a balcony, and bathrooms come with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, snacks and fruit are available all day, and the hostel has a coworking space, luggage storage, free parking and a staffed 24-hour front desk.

The atmosphere is quiet rather than party-focused. Check-in runs from 14:00 to 22:00, and payment is in cash on arrival.
