Best For: Tourists, General Visa Extensions, 90-Day Reporting, Retirement/Marriage Visas.
This is the primary immigration office for most foreigners in Thailand. If you are on a Tourist Visa (TR), Visa Exemption, or Non-Immigrant B/O/Ed (without BOI privileges), this is likely where you need to go.
Opening Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
Note: Lunch break is strictly 12:00 – 13:00. Queue numbers usually stop being issued around 15:30.
Location: Building B (South Zone), The Government Complex.

How to Get There:
By BTS (Pink Line): Take the BTS Pink Line to Government Complex Station (PK12). It is a short walk or a free shuttle bus ride into the complex from the station.
By Taxi: Tell the driver "Soon Rachakan Chaeng Watthana, Building B" (ศูนย์ราชการแจ้งวัฒนะ อาคาร B).
From Asok/Sukhumvit: Approx. 300–400 THB (45–60 mins via Expressway).
Best For: BOI Companies, SMART Visas, LTR Visas, and Specific Investor Visas.
MAJOR LOCATION CHANGE: As of March 2025, this office is no longer at Chamchuri Square. It has moved to the prestigious One Bangkok development. Do not go to Sam Yan!
Opening Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30 (Closed 12:00 – 13:00)
Location: One Bangkok Building, Parade Zone (6th-7th Floor).

How to Get There:
By MRT (Blue Line): Take the MRT to Lumphini Station. Use Exit 1 B. The station is directly connected to the One Bangkok basement level via a tunnel.
By Taxi: Tell the driver "One Bangkok, Rama 4 Road" (วัน แบงค็อก ถนนพระราม 4). It is right at the corner of Wireless Road and Rama IV.
From Siam: Approx. 80–100 THB (10–15 mins).
Best For: Migrant Workers from Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia (MOU/Pink Card holders).
Important: If you are a Western tourist or general expat, do not come here. You will be turned away and sent to Chaeng Watthana. This center is specifically for labor registration of neighboring countries.

Location: 5th Floor, Imperial World Ladprao Shopping Mall.

How to Get There:
By MRT (Yellow Line): Take the MRT Yellow Line to Lat Phrao 71 Station or Lat Phrao 83 Station (the mall is roughly between them, but Lat Phrao 83 is often closer to the main entrance).
By Taxi: Tell the driver "Imperial Ladprao" (อิมพีเรียล ลาดพร้าว).
From Chatuchak: Approx. 100–120 THB (20–30 mins).
