Papazula

Papazula is a bar and restaurant in a two-storey shophouse on Phuket Road in the Old Town, opposite the Casa Blanca Hotel, with a canal-side terrace. It was formerly known as Rasta Cafe.

A rotating band plays every night, usually from about 8 pm to 11:30 pm, with classic rock, blues, old soul and occasional tribute sets. The kitchen covers Turkish, European and Thai food, including halal options: hummus from 190 baht, Adana kebab at 390 baht, a mixed kebab for two at 890 baht, pizzas from 390 baht and pad thai at 160 baht.

It opens daily from noon to midnight. A separate venue called The Zula in Patong uses a similar name.
