Deishaview Jungle Hostel is a hilltop hostel a short drive from Mae Haad on Koh Tao, with views over Sairee Beach, Chalok Bay and across the sea to Koh Phangan and Koh Samui. It is a nature-focused place, popular with travellers who want a social atmosphere without a nonstop party.
Accommodation is dorm-only, in rooms of 8 to 12 beds, and each bed has air conditioning, a towel, a reading light and a power outlet. Guests gather in the common area for food, live music and pool, and rooftop yoga sessions take place with sunset views.
The property is reached by stairs from the bike drop-off, so renting a scooter or bicycle is recommended. A dive school is connected to the hostel.
