Club No. 43

Club No. 43 is a cocktail bar in a Sino Portuguese shophouse at 43 Yaowarat Road in Phuket Old Town, and one of the first bars in the area to focus on mixology. The room is dark and moody, with dim lighting and red roses in Hendrick's bottles.

Drinks use local ingredients such as roselle, regional spices and native herbs, and arrive in unusual vessels such as tin cups and teapots. The 43 Old Town cocktail infuses vodka with tom yam ingredients and tops it with mango and passion fruit. Bartenders also make off menu classics and suggest drinks by flavour.

Cocktails average about 350 baht, and mocktails get the same care. Music stays at a comfortable volume, with an occasional DJ.
