Akha Ya Massage & Spa

Akha Ya Massage & Spa is a walk-in friendly massage and spa on Phaholyothin Road in central Chiang Rai, close to the night bazaar and many of the town's hotels.

Treatments centre on traditional Thai bodywork, combining stretching and pressure work, with oil and foot treatments alongside. It is a no-frills place rather than a luxury spa, and longer sessions or a herbal compress can be added.

It opens daily from 11am to 11pm, one of the later closing times in town, which makes it easy to book after dinner or a visit to the market.
