Main Street Bar

Main Street is a sociable bar on Maenamkwai Road, the riverside bar strip of Kanchanaburi. Live music is a regular feature, often from a Filipino duo, and there is karaoke and a pool table for quieter moments.

Drinks are budget friendly, with cocktails and the usual beers and spirits. Staff are friendly and speak English, and the bar is a straightforward drinking spot without bar girls.

Main Street opens daily from 3pm until midnight. It gets busier in the November to February high season, so arriving earlier in the evening makes it easier to get a table near the music.
