Earth Tone is a health-focused cafe on the road towards Mae Hi, just outside central Pai. The menu is built on fresh, whole ingredients, with smoothie bowls, avocado and cheese omelettes, veggie plates and salads made with sprouts grown on site.
Breakfast is served all day, and house-made kombucha and banana chips with guacamole are popular orders. Gluten-free diners have plenty of real choices. Part of the space is a small shop selling handmade soaps, cacao products and other goods to take home.
It opens from 09:00 to 16:30 every day except Saturday.
