Ba(r)nana

Ba(r)nana is a small reservation-only cocktail bar in Rop Wiang, Chiang Rai, with an intimate, relaxed atmosphere suited to a quieter night out.

There is no fixed menu. Guests describe what they like, and the bartender builds drinks to match using local and homemade ingredients, including spirits fermented in-house. Each round is made to order, so a visit tends to be slow and conversational rather than a quick drink.

It runs from 7pm to midnight, and the bar opens when the first booked guest arrives, so a reservation through the Facebook page or by phone is required before going.
