Mr. Paul's Thai Traditional Massage

Mr. Paul's Thai Traditional Massage is a therapy-focused massage practice in South Pattaya, about 1.4 km from Bali Hai Pier. It combines Thai traditional massage with chiropractic-style adjustment and trigger point work.

Sessions are built around a specific problem rather than general relaxation. Clients come for issues such as pinched nerves, shoulder blade tension and long-term back pain. The practitioner listens first, explains the work and may give exercises to do at home. English and some Russian are spoken.

The practice is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00 and on Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00. Phoning ahead to describe the problem is recommended.
