La Vita Sana

La Vita Sana is a wellness centre on Phet Kasem Road in Khuk Khak, Khao Lak, combining a wellness clinic, spa therapies and a garden restaurant. Treatments draw on Traditional Thai Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, along with meditation training, sound therapy and nature art therapy.

Programs include yoga and sound healing, a half-day Mind and Body Recharge, and packages for body detox, stress relief, and sleep and jet lag recovery. Half-day and full-day packages start from 3,900 baht, and a Thai cooking class costs 2,500 baht per person.

The café serves Southern Thai, Peranakan and Western dishes, wellness cuisine and pastries, and the centre runs zero-waste operations.
