Pam's Restaurant & Cooking Class

Pam's Restaurant & Cooking Class is a Thai restaurant in a garden setting in Khuk Khak, about 2 kilometres north of Khao Lak centre on the road toward the JW Marriott. Pam opened it in 2012, and seating runs from garden tables to a private dining room with its own bar, for up to 60 guests.

The kitchen serves freshly cooked Thai food such as pad thai, tom yum, curries, grilled meat and seafood, with vegetarian and gluten-free options and spice adjusted to taste. Pam teaches every private cooking class herself, starting with a trip to the local market and herbs picked from her garden.

It opens Monday to Saturday, 12:00 to 22:30, with free pick-up from nearby hotels.
