Empire Muay Thai

Empire Muay Thai is a training camp in Bang Niang, Khao Lak, about five minutes on foot from Bang Niang Beach. It runs two group Muay Thai sessions a day, at 8:00 and 16:00, with warm-ups, skipping or running, heavy bag work, pad rounds, clinching and a cool-down.

The gym also offers boxing, beginner jiu jitsu, MMA, yoga and dance fitness classes, with drop-in fitness classes at 250 baht and yoga at 350 baht. Training packages of one week, two weeks or one month include air-conditioned accommodation, with standard rooms, deluxe rooms with pool access or bungalows.

Coaching is offered in English and Thai, and airport transfers from Phuket can be arranged.
