Calypso Diving Koh Tao

Calypso Diving is a relaxed SSI dive centre in Tanote Bay on the quiet east side of Koh Tao, about a 10-minute scooter ride from Mae Haad pier. It has operated for more than 22 years and teaches in small groups.

The team speaks English, German, French and Thai. Courses cover SSI scuba, snorkel, ecology and emergency training, and certified divers can join boat dives, shore dives from the bay's reef, wreck dives and snorkel tours. Regular sites include Sail Rock, Chumphon Pinnacle, Green Rock, Southwest Pinnacle, Japanese Gardens, Twins, Shark Island and White Rock.

The centre has a bar and accommodation, opens daily from 8am to 6pm, and was rated 4.9 from about 470 Google reviews in November 2026.
