If you want Indian food that feels like a royal event, Tambu is the place. Located on the rooftop of the Avista Hideaway resort, it overlooks the Andaman Sea with a stunning "Tented Palace" design inspired by the Mughal era. It is recognized by the Michelin Guide for its "Progressive Charcoal Cuisine." The chefs use traditional copper vessels and slow-cooking techniques over open flames. The Murgh Tikka and charcoal-smoked curries are unlike anything else on the island.
