The Famous 7-Minute Kimchi Stew

If you watch K-Dramas or follow food trends, you know this place. Saemaeul Sikdang is the legendary franchise by Chef Paik Jong-won. It is famous for two things: Yeoltan Bulgogi (thinly sliced spicy pork grilled on charcoal) and the 7-Minute Kimchi Jjigae, which is cooked at your table and cut into small pieces to mix perfectly with seaweed rice. It’s casual, loud, and incredibly delicious.

Opening Time: Daily, 11:00 – 23:00.

Location: Central World (7th Floor, Beacon Zone).

How to get there:

BTS Skytrain: Get off at Chit Lom Station or Siam Station. Walk via the Skywalk to Central World.
