About

The Spiritual Heart of the City

Located at the bustling Ratchaprasong intersection, the Erawan Shrine is a stunning contrast of spiritual calm amidst city chaos. Dedicated to Phra Phrom (the Thai representation of Brahma), it is famous for granting wishes. You will see traditional Thai dancers performing throughout the day as offerings from grateful worshippers. It is a powerful, beautiful spot to witness local culture in action.

Opening Time: Daily, 06:00 – 22:00.

Location: BTS Chit Lom Station (Exit 2).

How to get there:

BTS: Take the Sukhumvit Line to Chit Lom Station. Use the Skywalk towards Siam; you will see the shrine from above at the intersection.

Taxi: Tell the driver "Erawan Shrine" (San Phra Phrom). From Platinum Fashion Mall, it is a 5-minute walk or a quick tuk-tuk ride.
