Candiduck Co., Ltd. was founded on 11 February 2021 by Suthawan Boonmak (“Poon”), following several years of professional experience across the legal, corporate, and non-profit sectors. The name Candiduck reflects both our founder’s way of working and the firm’s core values: the ability to manage complex matters with focus and resilience like a duck moving steadily beneath the surface, and a commitment to being candid: honest, direct, and transparent in every engagement.
