About
The Reclining Buddha feels grand, yet the complex offers quick merit paths. Buy a lotus and incense, pray in the main hall, then drop coins into the line of 108 bowls to train patience and invite good luck. You can also sit on a shaded bench and read a short verse from the marble plaques that record Thai wisdom. Crowds ebb and flow, but the grounds still hold quiet corners.
Use MRT Sanam Chai and walk about 8 minutes. The complex charges an entry fee that includes a drink, so plan for that if you step inside the main zone. Dress modestly and move with care around tour groups. A 30 to 45 minute circuit gives you plenty of space to reflect, then you head back toward the train with lighter steps.
Entry fee, donation welcome
