Holland Belgium House is located on Sukhumvit Pattaya 53/3 Alley, just off Sukhumvit Road on the east side of Pattaya. This places it well outside the tourist zones of Beach Road, LK Metro, or Jomtien. It’s a local neighborhood area with small shops, houses, and Thai-style bars — far more low-key than central Pattaya.

This is a local-style Dutch/Belgian hangout, simple, friendly, and very down-to-earth. Expect a relaxed atmosphere with regulars who live in the area rather than tourists. It’s the kind of place where people come for a casual drink, a chat, and to watch sports without the noise and chaos of Pattaya’s entertainment districts. When Formula 1 is on, you’ll often see a small but dedicated Dutch crowd quietly supporting Max Verstappen.

• Take a Bolt or Grab directly to Sukhumvit Pattaya 53/3 Alley (10–15 minutes).
• From Soi Buakhao / LK Metro:
• Also easiest by Bolt/Grab, heading east across Third Road toward Sukhumvit.
• From Jomtien:
• Take Sukhumvit Road north and turn into the alley; a taxi is recommended.

There’s no need to walk — the area is spread out and designed for vehicles.
