The signature here is the Woo Samgyup (thinly sliced beef brisket with a special fruit sauce). What sets Bornga apart is the massive, long tray of fresh organic vegetables they serve with every meal for wrapping your meat. It is perfect for families or large groups who want a high-quality feast.
