Boy Blues Bar

Boy Blues Bar is a live music bar upstairs in the Kalare Night Bazaar complex, in the Chang Moi area just east of Chiang Mai's Old City. Bands change through the week and mostly play rock and blues covers of well-known songs from the 1950s to the 2000s, so it leans more classic rock than roots blues.

Music usually starts around 8pm and the room tends to fill by 9pm. Opening hours are 7pm to midnight. Reviewers praise the musicians and the friendly service, and tipping the band is common.

The bar is easy to combine with an evening at the Night Bazaar, and drinks are mid-range in price.
